「The staff were warm and welcoming. The location was absolutely beautiful and from our terrace we could enjoy views of the medieval city. The only complaint I had was no bar or restaurant service after breakfast. The pool are and hot tub were nice amenities. 」

Even though it was quite late, the front desk staff remained very patient, helping me resolve the problem and contacting the car rental company. I am truly grateful for their assistance.」

「With this price, it can be expected that everything goes well. Too bad there is no breakfast included. It has it own parking lot, it is nice, but since it is an open space, I don't know if it is secure. The hotel is kind of far away from down town. The staff are professional. but when I found out I made a mistake with my booking, they refuse to help me in any way politely.」
