"I loved my stay with the fox, the room was nice and good for a short stay and the underground pool/hot spring was absolutely the best part. I wish the room had a mini fridge or a microwave but other than that it was genuinely an amazing stay and I would absolutely book it again. "

"The 1st floor is partially in ground , surprisingly, was still bright and clean room also parking was also underground. Bit dated but cozy Keg was great as always!"

"Gorgeous property with very helpful and friendly staff. A nice assortment of restaurants and gift shops. Ski rental staff was friendly and accommodating. Shuttle service to and from Lake Louise ski area was convenient. We were there in April and able to still walk across the frozen lake, which was a cool experience. The most delicious poutine we found on our trip to Canada! (also pictured is the giant walleye fish and chips! Superb and could feed two!) Definitely recommend this wonderful property and hope to return in the future."

"I was in room 258. My friend and I shared a room. We paid $1000 for a room (by the time hidden fees and taxes were added in), with a view of a WALL. The place was under severe construction. I needed a safety pin and front desk couldn’t find their complementary mending kits. The hand soap has holes in it and dissolves in your hands. While my friend drove her car and it fit below the hotel, I worried my suv would not fit. The parking beside the hotel that I was counting on was gone and housing is being built on it and behind the place the first day was completely full so I got an $55 parking ticket because my vehicle wouldn’t fit underground - and there is no parking anywhere! I parked a couple blocks away and walked not realizing I was in a residential zone. The only thing that made this better was a kind Asian check in woman who saw me in distress and helped me answer questions and allowed me to park in the back where this hotel posted on a big green sign that said “small car only - trucks will be towed away”. By this time I was grumpy, $55 poorer and had no where to put my vehicle. Easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had in terms of value. "

"The Rundlestone is clean, the pool and hot tub are excellent. However, this property is in DIRE need of a refresh and update. We hadn't stayed at this property for about 8 years and it has definitely deteriorated. A refresh is in need."
