Very basic. Aircon, tv and wifi. None working in the room. Clean. Friendly staff but you're not on holiday with the staff....

Trés propre, le personnel très avenant , petit déjeuner très copieux . l'immeuble est un peu vieillot mais la chambre refaite à neuf. très bien pour le prix.

vraiment moyen

la clim y était mais impossible de la régler (déjà pour trouver la télécommande il faut une équipe de spécialistes!) l'hôtel se trouve sur la place de Castillon mais pour accéder aux chambres l'entrée se trouve dans une ruelle derrière et pour se garer il faut retourner sur la place! il n'y a pas de sèche cheveux! par contre, pratique pour assister au spectacle "la bataille de Castillon" qui est à seulement 4kms

Vi ankommer kl 18 i øsende regnvejr, og bliver mødt af låste døre, jeg ringer til nummeret på en seddel i døren og får at vide, at der bliver åbnet kl. 18.30! I beskrivelsen kunne der tjekkes ind fra kl. 15. Ejeren var fløjtende ligeglad

Personlig service og fint rom

Oppholdet ble spontant bestilt et par timer før ankomst. Vi betalte ved bestilling, og det skapte noen problemer ved innsjekk. Eieren hadde ikke fått bekreftelsen fra Hotels.com. Fasaden ser sliten ut, men skinnet bedrar. Stort og luftig rom med gode senger og flott bad. Vi fikk parkering for motorsykkelen rett utenfor vinduet. Vi spiste middag på stedet, og eieren var både serviceminded, snakkesalig og raus. Frokost ble servert etter bestilling fra meny. Dette var bra!

Hotel sympa, propre, personnel chaleureux. Seul inconvenient, fermé lorsque nous sommes arrivés. Mais le personnel est vite revenu à l hotel/restaurant pour nous accueillir..

Unprofessional service!

The disappointing thing was the service! Arrived at 4pm advertised as 3pm check in! No one came til 6.30 then just laughed it off!!! Then went to charge again even though pre paid .not happy with treatment would not recommend! Rooms were basic and tatty!

Inexpensive hotel not far from Saint Emilion

Nice terrace. Basic room was very clean. Good deal with meals at restaurant. Free Parking is street parking about a block away.

A perfrectly reasonable hotel, in a quiet riverside town. We were attending a wedding at a nearby Chateau and this was the perfect base for us to rest our heads after a heavy night. The rooms were basic but clean and the bathrooms were reasonably modern and well appointed.
