The staff were so friendly and helpful- they booked restaurants and tickets, and gave great advice to ensure we got the most out of our trip to Seville. Lucy especially was so welcoming and kind. It is in a great location, the hotel is beautiful inside and out, the rooms are modern and very clean, and the staff were all very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
