「Very bad experience. We stayed in the city for only 24 hours, and the hotel room had a strong fried food smell coming through the ventilation system. When we asked for help, the hotel did not solve the problem and did not offer a room change. We had to sleep with the window open in the cold, and there was even a fly inside the room (we have a photo). Later, they informed Expedia that they had offered a room change, which is not true. The staff showed little willingness to help and...

「A place with character and very clean with amazing and helpful staff. ...but very inconvenient for non-resident since the check in is under a software link and no work properly as the disadvantages for the amount of applications thst exist today to downloading the required info!!!...I guess that a 24/7 deck services is highly needed 😉 」
