「This property is a scam. I turned up at the property and the security person said that the flat number did not exist. The vendor also charged me £650 deposit and tried to deduct it daily for next next 4 days. I got my credit card company to refund it and put a merchant block on this. Expedia support was very slow, robotic support agents with prepared scripts on repeat. Only decent thing was they gave me some cash key as compensation. Overall, a terrible and stressful experience」

「Lovely apartment in a good location away from the really busy part of Salou. Apartment was very clean, nice kitchen area and bathroom. Pool area and gardens were beautiful, well maintained and always had sun loungers available at any time of the day. Highly recommend these apartments.」

「For the price we paid, it is fair for limited services. The bath tub was good, however, after one bath, there was not enough hot water for others to shower...and the air conditioner was quite noisy at night.」

「The hotel was very clean and rooms were lovely. Breakfast was excellent also. The partial sea view really is ‘partial’ which was a little disappointing but otherwise the hotel is excellent.」

「Room was cleaned daily. Good ocean view. Staff not nice looked like they didn't want to be there. Not all but most. Food in the buffet was terrible, cold ,dryed out. Didn't look safe to eat. I did let the front desk know. We only had breakfast there once, the other 6 days we eat outside.」
