"Great location. Owner very accommodating allowing us to leave our cases until check in. Owner responded very swiftly to any issues we had. Be aware there are many steps down to entrance and then stairs up to the accommodation. "I stayed at the Garden Riviera Hotel from Thursday to Monday and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The service was exceptional throughout our stay. The breakfast waiters were so friendly and attentive every morning, and the staff during check-in and check-out made everything smooth and welcoming. The cleaners were also incredibly kind and always did a fantastic job. We interacted with three different people at the front desk during our stay, and every single one of them was amazing — always happy to help with any questions or requests and always greeting us with a smile. The free shuttle bus to Santa Maria was a huge help as well, especially since it left the hotel every half hour, making it very convenient to get around. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area! Giacomo F."
