The apartment was big and bright but dated. Kitchen was well equipped. The Bathroom had a washing machine. AC was working well. The grounds were well kept. Should change check in time to 3pm instead of 4pm. Customers were lining up to check in and only one staff was on duty.

bien,mais peu mieux faire pour du pierre et vacanc

Attention notre appartement même si il etait agreable avait quelques problemes. Il manquait 1 porte de douche et la lumiere de la salle de bain faisait stomboscope. Ne cherchez pas non plus une vue agreable.

Points positifs : piscine et proximité des commerces Points négatifs : isolation désastreuse , un vacarme complet avec les voisins du dessus et les personnes qui passent devant la porte surtout lorsque l’on a un bébé… Accessibilité très compliqué : il y a énormément de marche et pas d’ascenseur ni de rampe lorsque l’on a une poussette ou même pour les pmr État du logement laissant à désirer, bac de douche qui ne s’évacue pas , pommeau de douche saillant, climatisation qui fuie… Très déçu

Séjour parfait !

Notre séjour s’est parfaitement déroulé. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très bien équipées franchement rien à dire ! L’hôtel est vraiment agréable et accessible très facilement, avec de nombreuses places gratuites à proximité. La piscine est super agréable, en bref je recommande vivement cet établissement !

Après avoir changé une première fois d appartement du aux toilettes bouchées, le second appartement avait une climatisation qui fonctionnait très mal. Heureusement on n était pas en plein hiver. Sinon les appartements sont agréables, propres. On peut se garer aux alentours gratuitement.

Appartement tres tres bruyant avec des voisins au dessus irrespectueux que nous avions l impression d avoir dans l Appartement avec nous tellement ils etaient bruyant et jusqu'à des heures hyper tardive empêchant notre enfant handicapé de dormir... Marque de coup de balais au plafond dc je pense que cest un problème connu.... Apres l accueil au top comme tjs..

Insonorisation un point à corriger

Un convertible ne se déplie pas, le bruit des voisins qu'on entendait parler comme si ils étaient dans notre salon. Et à 22h Ona pas pu jouer au baby foot vu que ce n'était pas insonorisé, une dame est venue nous voir pour arrêter de jouer car elle entendait comme si le bruit était dans sa chambre !

Un personnel à l’accueil (2 dames) exceptionnel En effet trouver du personnel de cette qualité aujourd’hui est compliqué Un professionnalisme et un dévouement pour le client et leur société Il serais judicieux de suivre leur recommandation comme mettre des fenêtres double vitrage pour le bruit Elles savent ce qui peut apporter un plus à cette location En un mot GRACIAS

Très déçu !

Attente de près de 2h car ils ne retrouvait pas ma réservation à la suite d’un changement de propriétaire ! J’ai dû régler à nouveau la totalité du séjour alors que j’avais déjà réglé 50% du séjour .. mail de preuve à l’appui. Ensuite arrivé dans le logement moyennement propre surtout la salle de bain ! Clim hs nous avons prévenu et nous attendons toujours l’intervention d’un technicien! Très bruyant. Je suis vraiment déçu et reste dans l’attente d’une réponse concernant mon remboursement !! La jeune femme de l’accueil était toutefois très agréable.
