I wanted to stay in small town, far from tourists, this was a great, clean and safe spot to spend a couple of nights to just witness the laid back local lifestyle, far from tourist crowds. It was great.

Great place for a family

Location was exactly what we wanted giving us access to different parts and towns in the Amalfi Region with good distance to the airport. Angelo was a wonderful host, amazing with communication and extremely helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. This place gets you away from the touristy crowds and gives your family plenty of space while staying in the region.

Great experience at Villa Marisa

One of the best location to commute to the most interesting tourist destination exactly at the middle between almafi Coast & Naploi for peace of mind i do highly recommend Villa Marisa breakfast facility available opposite of the hotel, one of the best pizza you can get from le palma next door restaurant for dine in or take away, 5 mins walking distance to the train all what you need is there in addition of availability of a parking spot very affordable prices plus the host is so helpful for anything you need in addition always available if you need any extras to make up your holiday, i’ve received coffee box from the host which is was really a nice add on shows a high hospitality in the place! Would visit again if i came to Napoli

Struttura molto bella ed elegante immersa in un giardino curato splendidamente. Camere arredate modernamente, pulizia impeccabile. La Circumvesuviana a pochi metri dalla struttura comodissima per raggiungere sia Napoli che Sorrento. Ottima esperienza a Villa Marisa, tornerò sicuramente.

Am Anfang waren wir sehr skeptisch, da die Gegend nicht touristisch aussieht. Nach der freundlichen Begrüßung sowie dem sehr hilfsbereiten Personal und Besitzer haben wir jedoch festgestellt, dass es ganz anders ist. Lasst euch nicht täuschen, diese Gegend ist sehr sicher und die Leute sind äußerst nett. Der Platz ist modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Als Tourist kann man hier problemlos einen kurzen oder längeren Aufenthalt planen. Man spürt hier die italienische Gastfreundschaft deutlich, sei es im gegenüberliegenden Café La Monica (sehr freundlich) oder in der benachbarten Pizzeria Le Palme (ebenfalls sehr freundlich). Trotz Sprachbarriere konnten wir uns bestens verständigen. Alles in allem: Wenn ihr einen Aufenthaltsort sucht, der jeden Cent wert ist, wo ihr Frühstücksgutscheine für ein tolles Café bekommt, wo ihr sicher schlafen könnt, bei Wärme die Klimaanlage einschaltet, an regnerischen Tagen Netflix oder YouTube schaut (Wlan zugang ist Kostenlos) und oder euch auf Liegen sonnt, dann seid ihr hier genau richtig! Nahegelegene Orte und Geschäfte sind: - Pompei - Lidl - Strand - Waschsalon - Metzger - Kleidergeschäft - Autowerkstatt - Weitere Pizzerien, Restaurants und Bars.

Preiswert und gut

Schönes und geräumiges Appartement. Kein Touristenviertel, aber eine tolle Pizzeria und ein gutes Cafe gleich gegenüber. S-Bahn Station nur ca. 300m entfernt. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Für Regentage gibt es einen Smart TV mit Netflix und gutes WIFI :)

Ottima soluzione per visitare Pompei, Napoli, Sorrento e costiera amalfitana. Il parcheggio è gratuito ed è in convenzione con l’albergo accanto e si può lasciare l’auto in ogni orario senza alcun problema. Il nostro appartamento era in fondo al giardino comune (prato inglese tenuto molto bene) La casa disponeva di due stanze da letto, 1 matrimoniale, l’altra con letto a castello, un ampio bagno con doccia e una cucina living con un “divano” letto da due posti. Tre condizionatori nelle tre stanze che raffreddano l’ambiente in maniera ottimale in pochi minuti. Due grandi televisori full hd di ottima qualità con un wifi in ogni parte della casa! Buon equipaggiamento di stoviglie Presente una grande macchina da caffè per cialde “piatte” compostabili. Al nostro arrivo la casa era pulita e profumata Risposte sempre rapide via mail e supporto in loco del personale, pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema in tempi rapidi. nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene e possiamo consigliare la struttura anche ad altre famiglie come noi con bambini piccoli. Grazie di tutto Excellent solution for visiting Pompeii, Naples, Sorrento and the Amalfi coast. Parking is free and has an agreement with the hotel next door and you can leave your car at any time without any problem. Our apartment was at the end of the shared garden (very well kept lawn) The house had two bedrooms, 1 double, the other with a bunk bed, a large bathroom with shower and a living kitchen with a "sofa" bed for two.
