Shame of Best Wester world wide! It is not 4 star

Hotel located on the road, our room was busy and me with my family must stay at small room with 3 beds that stand one by one. On the pillow I find insects, in the bathroom wasn’t enough towels. Last point was breakfast- there were only pancakes and cakes, no serving tables.

Not a place to stay with family

We stayed 1 night before flying back to France, the surroundings of the hotel are terrible (prostitution everywhere, bars, very noisy road, ...) not a place to stay with family. The confort is not at the level as other Best western. We had big difficulties to find the hotel because of wrong indication on navigation system either cellphone or conventionnal navigation system, the guys on the phone where not able to explain in english. In the morning we lost 15 minutes to explain the guy that the room was prepaid, we had the feeling to disturb him while the tv was shouting in the lobby, one of the worst experince ever.

Meget dårligt område med masser af affald, og prostituerede i gadebilledet. Ikke et sted for en familie at bo. Hotellet i sig selv var godt, men i må gerne fjerne Aircondition, for det har de slukket om vinteren (hvilket er lidt uhensigtsmæssigt når der er knap 30 grader inde på værelset!)

Très reposant

Très bel Hôtel et agréable. Notre nuit s'est très bien passée, en confort excellent. Malgré sa situation géographique, à proximité d'une voie rapide et légèrement esseulé, cet Hôtel est très bien placé si vous voulez visiter Naples ou les Ruines de Pompéi avec votre véhicule et éviter les difficultés nocturnes Napolitaines. Accueil très agréable également, nous le recommandons malgré les détritus et les poubelles qui jonchent le sol des routes à l'arrivée à l'Hôtel.

Sono stato in questo hotel in quanto dovevo conseguire dei corsi per il personale marittimo a Castel Volturno. L'hotel non ha nessuna attrazione: non vi è una spa o palestra. Il personale è disinteressato e non considera il cliente, anzi preferiscono parlare tra di loro anziché assistere il cliente. Il cibo è da mensa ed anche i camerieri non si prodigono ad assistere. La pulizia in camera sembrava infastidita quando si chiedeva di cambiare asciugamani o lenzuola. Il materasso vecchio è scomodo. Non lo consiglierei a nessuno. La location è sita in un luogo degradato. Meriterebbe un 3 o 2 stelle.

Castel Volturnos Best Hotel

The purpose of my visit to Castel Volturno is to visit members of my spouse's family and would not want to visit for any other reason. The area around the beach especially is filthy! However the hotel has helped make the visit enjoyable. The staff are friendly and very efficient. The restaurant service is excellent. Wherever I stay it is essential for me to be online to run my business and in this hotel the wi-fi in my room is better than in the majority of hotels I stay.
