The hotel is a renovated family home in a beautiful rural area and has the feeling of an old farmhouse. Outdoor areas weren’t quite ready for use. Local city (Caltigirone) is a 15 minute drive.」

When reported to the front desk, we were met with indifference, so two days passed with a backed up sink. The shower was the smallest I have ever encountered - 20 inches by 20 inches (.5 meter x .5 meter). The lukewarm water dribbled out - barely, meaning that it was very difficult to rinse the soap off.
