The owner was very unresponsive, the check in "method" was just terrible (go to a local store, the shop keeper there is confused and not sure what to do, feel like you have to haggle for the keys), then get to the apartment to be hit with the strongest smells that cause immediate headaches. Try to call the owner and they do not respond unless they are trying to contact you. They do not answers calls, text, whatsapp messages, emails, or...

"This hotel is wonderful..the room was fantastic…large, stylish..clean..Comfortable..and I can definitely recommend getting a room on the first floor with its huge private balcony. Hotel has 4 floors only first floor rooms ( 2nd floor above ground) have balconies. Friendly, helpful staff..2 short blocks from the tram which was a straight line to the Duomo. Very quiet residential neighborhood…I really enjoyed it"

"We have a great time in this hotel very nice espacius and clean close to the transportation ( train) to go to the central station the only concern is the laundry service very expensive no detergent to wash the clothes you have to go to the closer store to bye, and the area around is not too safe "
