「Das ideale Hotel, wenn man das Tessin erkunden will. Ideale Lage, direkt beim Bahnhof und unweit vom See. Saubere, kleine Zimmer die mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet waren. Obwohl das Frühstück nicht inbegriffen war, konnte man im Hotel ohne Voranmeldung frühstücken. Man zahlt was man konsumiert hat. Wie in einem gemütlichen Kaffee. Super Konzept. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Mitarbeiterin beim Frühstück ausserordentlich aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder. 」

「Von Anfang bis Ende einfach nur top!! Man fühlt sich als wäre man weit weg in den Ferien...Hervorheben möchten wir die freundlichen Mitarbeitenden des Hapimag Ascona. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und top eingerichtet. Die Kinder liebten den Pool und die Spiele die man ausleihen durften. 「Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! 」

「The view is totally stunning! The pool was rather cool at 8pm partly because the property is out of the sun. It's a lovely pool though and we had it to ourselves. The accommodation is clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Staff are helpful by message. Would recommend especially as a place to explore the lake by ferry. The roads nearby are pretty busy in July and narrow!」
