"Great hotel. I travel a lot and lately have been staying at 5 star properties; imo this one is deserving of that grade. Very helpful staff. I called the day before arrival and spoke to Julia, who helped arrange water taxi from Marco Polo airport to the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located on the grand canal. About a 10 min walk to La Fenice and Piazza San Marco. Got a nice room with a view. Breakfast was a hearty choice of buffet and cooked. Service at breakfast from Maria, Christina and Nicholas was great, polite and efficient. "

"Great hotel. Easy access to Venice if you don’t want to haul your luggage once in Venice. Clean hotel. Great front desk staff. Easy walk to train station on flat even surface if you are rolling luggage. Stayed here twice…at the beginning of my trip to the Dolomites and again upon my return for my flight home. Easy access to and from airport using bus. Definitely would stay here again. "

"Service at check in was excellent, room was spacious, bed comfy and shower was excellent. Breakfast consisted of some cooked fresh and buffet, it was delicious and healthy. Location was great, next to Rialto line to get to and from airport. I would definitely book again. "
