不喜歡：整潔度、設施服務和住宿環境和硬體
Our stay was extremely disappointing due to multiple serious issues. One of the two rooms assigned to our family was double-booked, making the accommodation unavailable upon arrival. Additionally, the photos and descriptions of the property are inaccurate and misleading.
We were assigned rooms 2A and 2B, which are simply bedrooms located off a hallway with a shared bathroom and a shared kitchen. This was not clearly disclosed in the listing and did not match what was advertised or what we booked.
Because of these issues, we were unable to stay and requested a refund. The property refused to assist and directed us to contact Expedia instead. Communication through the booking platform was also problematic—messages contained conflicting information, registration links did not work, and we were told to “wait for an email” to be notified when the room would be ready.
Overall, the experience was disorganized, misleading, and stressful. We would not recommend this property and urge future guests to clarify room arrangements and shared facilities in advance.
