「I had to stay in Aktau another week but had to leave my hotel (which was fully booked). I chose the Silk Way Hotel because it was REALLY well-recommended on Orbitz. What a mistake! If I could give this place “0” stars, that would STILL be too good! Why did other travelers not smell the carpets in the halls and in the room – which smell like sweaty dogs? How could they not comment on the rusty water in the bathroom, or the dust under the bed and in the room in general? How could they eat the...

「Very poor breakfast choice. The food of the room service not adequate to the price of the hotel and some dishes to forget. Personnel helpful and kind. 」

「Do not stay here if you have status with Expedia. They will not recognise your gold status or your VIP access. It's reasonably clean, the reception staff weren't overly great but the restaurant staff were amazing. Does the job for the price but it's not even in downtown Bakú and they don't recognise your status. Not worth it in my opinion.」
