While I fully understand the property is under construction & I’ve stayed in other properties under construction, this place should probably pause having people stay. The construction is throughout the entire property. The carpets were filthy with what I’m going to assume was construction debris. The walls looked moldy but I’m going to pretend in my head it was just like that because they were in the process of tearing down or putting up wallpaper. We don’t know but there was wall paper in some places. The room we stayed in was fine. It had a soap, and a little shampoo & conditioner. The bathroom was partially painted, part of the construction maybe, but that didn’t affect our stay. The lady at the desk checking us in and out was outstanding. So kind, friendly, helpful, & polite! The pool inside is cool! It’s got a nice little sitting area around it. That space seemed very clean & well kept. We have tar on our shoes and in our car now because the parking lot has wet tar & when you step from the car unknowingly it ends up on your shoes. The breakfast was bare minimum horrible tasting don’t bother. The ice machines didn’t work you had to wander the halls that are no longer labeled correctly to find it. The room numbers don’t match what’s on the walls. I sound like a massive complainer. I just think for the price they charge, people should stay somewhere that isn’t under construction & dirty/messy throughout. It was an expensive stay & there are plenty of surrounding hotels.

This hotel offers a decent room rate. Likely because they are still renovating however we did not have any issue with noise. The interstate construction is problematic. That is not the fault of the hotel, though. We have enjoyed many stays there.

We liked the black out curtains. Although there were many things that made our stay unenjoyable. During check-in it appeared like the lady was on drugs. After we got to our room, the beds were uncomfortable, tub didn’t plug, fan in bathroom didn’t work, handles for the sink were loose, internet sucked, saw dust every time we opened the door, and the construction workers were there super early making noise. Although, the hotel staff did apologize for the inconvenience of the renovations, the apology did not make up for our stay at Riverside.

Room area was under construction. Key would'nt work to doors and I had to go back several times to get a new key so I could finally get to the room. In room television did not work at all. Front desk staff was really nice but hotel should not rent out rooms under construction.

This hotel is fine for an overnight stay. It is under renovations, which is great but would have been nice to know before booking. Main complaint in the room is that the toilet took a very long time to flush which made it somewhat nerve wracking. Overall, fine but not the best.

Riverside Hotel was beautiful. It was quiet at night. Very convenient to get anywhere needed in Casper. There was one male front desk worker who wasn't the best as we had asked about the restaurant and he told us it opened at 4, however, it was closed that night. That is the only thing that was bad. Otherwise, the continental breakfast was delicious, the rest of the staff was kind, and it was clean! Beds are comfortable.

We also appreciated the options for filtered water and hot water as that made our mornings easier. Room was unupdated but clean presumably because we asked to be away from construction.
