The rooms were clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant food was very good indeed. Conveniently close to Malpensa airport and Lake Maggiore, we didn't go to Milan because we didn't stay for long enough so can't comment about that.

Every single staff member was absolutely amazing. So patient with my children too! The place was fabulously clean. The food was excellent. The beds and pillows very comfortable. The pool could’ve been a little warmer but not something I’d complain about. 5 stars well deserved.

The location is excellent. The host is very available and quickly answered questions. We had an issue with the hot water and she helped us resolve it within minutes. Our apartment was on the 2nd floor- if someone has mobility issues, this could be a problem. It was a bit complicated to get the key- ...

It was a lovely stay with lots of room. There was great tv access and good appliances in the kitchen. The communication was clear and great and it’s in a great area as everything is walking distance. We had a lovely time and it was a really comfortable apartment.
