Perfeito! Qualidade e conforto nota 10.

Tudo perfeito, desde a recepção feita pela gentilíssima Caterina, a presteza e agilidade do Filippo, e à culinária fantástica da Monica. Foram três dias conhecendo e saboreando a Toscana. O hotel é uma joia, tudo foi perfeito, adoramos tudo e todos. Voltaremos com certeza a esse local, onde fizemos bons amigos. Obrigado a todos! Grande abraço!

This family run hotel/B&B was the BEST experience we've ever had. When we travel, we always stay at B&Bs. Catarina warmly welcomed us when we arrived. She spoke fluent English and was extremely helpful helping us plan what we wanted to see. We would have been lost without her assistance! We enjoyed a home cooked multi course dinner the first evening specially prepared by the family chef (additional fee and well worth the cost). Daily breakfast was prepared fresh, served to order. Our rooms had a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside. It's the closest I'll ever get to living in a castle! Torre Dei Serviti is the perfect place for those who want to enjoy a quaint and peaceful stay. My only regret is that I didn't write down the names of the owners so I could include it in this review.

Beautiful hotel and location.

Fantastic hotel and right in the centre of the town. Tower suite was very good, amazing views over the surrounding countryside. Very warm welcome and breakfast was perfect too. Really enjoyed walking out of hotel, straight into the heart of the little town with its various shops and restaurants. Everywhere was so well kept I had to remind myself it was real!

Quiet, romantic hotel.

This is a beautiful small hotel in the small, quiet village of Casole d'Elsa. The room was spacious and beautiful. There is a common "kitchen" space and a nice balcony one can sit on and enjoy the view. The free parking is located down the road in a covered parking. The breakfast is very good - different breads, high quality cheeses, ham and salami, cakes, boiled eggs, fruits, juices,etc. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location to drive to Sienna, Voltera and San Giminiano. The village has a few restaurants and nice art galleries.

Incantevole

Viaggio molto rilassante, grazie all'alta qualità dell'albergo, in un posto davvero incantevole. Tutto molto curato, la location è straordinaria, peccato solo la mancanza del frigo in camera, compensata però dall'ottimo servizio assicurato dal gestore dell'albergo. Tutto molto pulito, stanza enorme, panorama mozzafiato, cosa volere di più?

Great stay in an old tower!

Very pretty and nice hotel in an old tower. We where probably a bit unlucky with the room as it smelled a bit humid and closed in. We had a basic room in the second floor. We did not bother complain as we only stayed for a night, but I suspect we would have been given another room as host was really helpful and service minded. We mentioned it when leaving and was told this was not normal. Apart from that we enjoyed the beautiful balcony with the scenic view and the delicious brekfast with a nice cooffee. We also received great tips for eating in the surrounding area. Great location and easy parking. The next time we will make sure to get a room higher up in the building with a view (and hopefully better ventilated :)).
