"Easy to find, very helpful staff with a great sense of humour on top of it, wonderful rooms, very comfortable beds, all what one may need was there. Nothing to pick on really. I am also gluten free and they had everything ready for me at breakfast time. "

"I was very disappointed with this stay. From the reviews and what amenities were listed on Expedia, I expected more. I had to talk to a manager several times just to get basic needs met including a clean room and still, wasn’t really paid attention to. I also noticed there was a significant difference in how European travelers were treated vs. minority travelers which I do not stand for or accept. It seemed like the rules were enforced more on guests that fall under minorities while white guests were able to do what they wanted. I also witnessed a fight at the from desk between a staff member and a family checking in which I thought was unprofessional and showed the immaturity and lack of experience of staff. "

"Really centrally located and easy to get to all the forms of public transport. We did day trips out on the trains and buses and explored the city from the handy base. Breakfast was really nice and set us up well for the day. The church bells were lovely and the view over the main square is fantastic. The hotel was clean and the staff are lovely. "

"The air conditioning was. It working in my room and the heating was constantly on meaning the room was like a sauna. I had the window open most of the time but the noise from the road outside was loud. I reported this for exception who said they would send a technician but this made no difference. The overall standard of the rooms is poor and shabby"
