Location was great, parking was easy. Hotel desperately needs a deep clean. Rooms are dusty, and everything smells musty. Sheets, bath towels all smelled old and stale. Rooms had phones with half the buttons missing and rooms had no information. No room service information, no restaurant menu.

I really appreciated Cinzia who helped us book a private tour to the Amalfi Coast. The Bloo restaurant was fantastic. The only thing, we had to change room due to the patio door of the balcony not xlosing & i didn't feel safe and cleaning service could have been better. Towels weren't im the room qhen we got back. But otherwise I would stay again at this hotel. Very close to where we wanted to visit. We went to Pompei & the Royal Palace of Caserta.

It works if you’re a cost-based customer
It was not bad It works for a night or two I’ve chosen for easy parking but parking was not a problem in Caserta They sent one coffee cup and a glass in his hands not on a tray when I asked for two coffee cups This’s not proper for a four star hotel

Overall the room is neat and big however the lobby seems super cold !!! Seems like there’s no heat at all. When arrived to the 2nd floor, the corridor seems so dark and hunted! Not sure why they tint the light. It would be better to have a brighter atmosphere.

Very Difficult location to find..huge conference center..not to my liking...staff.. Fernando ..not very friendly nor welcoming. .did not feel lik a guest....it was very poor customer service...and the breakfast buffet area so crowded....the only good thing about this hotel ..was the room..very nice. ..however will never go back there again BBBack thet again..

Great stay! Will definitely come back!
We had a great time, convenient location, quiet and about 10 minutes drive from the city center. I had read some concerning reviews about small beds, not at all. Our room was a standard room with king size bed. Perfect for our 10 nights stay. The only cons is the WiFi, great in the hotel lobby, poor in the room. Loved this hotel overall and will definitely come back!

Our stay was pleasant. Staff were wonderful and helpful throughout. However, having been to your hotel now for a third time and my son previously 5 times we can't help notice the standard of maintenance around the complex has fallen where it is noticeable. In particular hallways, and some areas around the complex.

WiFi is a dream in this hotel
WiFi was not working since the arrival up to the departure. There were not kind people at the reception. During my stay they asked for a caution to get a second key. Location is not good, there is nothing around the hotel.

Huge hotel, it has been a luxury one in the past. Currently there are a lot of empty spaces, a bit shabby and spooky. There is NO WiFi in contrary to what they advertise. If you stay one night you will be fooled by saying that WiFi is currently out of order, but tomorrow they will fix it. Same lies do not work if you stay longer, then they simply admit that there is no WiFi and they are not going to fix it. Nevertheless there are also good things to say about the hotel. Rooms are spacious, you can enjoy really a nice and big pool that is open not only for hotel guests. Also it is pretty convenient to go to Naples by train (3.40 euro one way). It takes around an hour to get there. Train station is approximately 30 minutes walk from the hotel. Approximately same distance from the hotel are restaurants if you would like to have dinner not in the hotel restaurant.

Some of the staff not the friendliest if your black the whole Italy is the Same tho so just ignore and keep on pushing for the price I was wondering if it would be a slum but this hotel is huge like a mall and gorgeous restaurants and pool some rooms have Jacuzzi I did a split stay the wedding was in another location so after the wedding I came back to this area this hotel Isn't near a lot but there's a nice pizza restaurant rite up the road 5min walk tops and they have restaurants if ur there during the open hours no Italian to English translation so use Google translate to figure out menu but I am amazed by this hotel

We like this hotel as it has standard features found in hotels in the United States. This includes a clean lobby clean room and tidy hallways. Staff are friendly (the receptionist remembered us from our last stay a year ago) and helpful.

Comfortable room
Nice hotel, especially as we wanted something less central for easy motorway access. Seems to be part of a conference centre. Big, Comfortable bed and air conditioned rooms. Breakfast was average. The surrounding area was quite run down (some redevelopment happening) and didnt seem like a good place to go walking at night. That said, we found excellent pizza at the nearby pizzeria Paco!

Below average but fine for a rushed nights stay
Rooms smelt of cigarettes and the bed had a hair in it and felt dirty. The wifi didn't work throughout our stay and reception were not able to help, and although said they would send someone up, no one did come to fix it. The sinks were blocked and it took a long time to wash our hands. The lift didn't work in the morning so we had to walk around what seemed a maze with no signs to get downfor breakfast. Breakfast was a very basic.

Handy for Palace visit
Very little in actual area so you definitely need a car, however the hotel itself is quite amazing, lots of room around a huge atrium courtyard. Great pool. Big underground car park. If you are a tourist wanting to visit the Palace then this would be a great place to stay, however the streets of Caserta are difficult to navigate with railway line and lots of one ways.

This was, until recently, a Crowne Plaza affiliated property. They dropped the "Crowne" from the name and have down scaled the staff. Nonetheless, it's a comfortable enough stay. Parking is available in the garage located in the hotel basement, it's free and secure. I would make plans to dine outside the hotel.

Quite a find!
I needed an overnight at short notice and booked online from the rail station, quite early in the morning. I walked to the hotel, not difficult to find but quite a distance with two cases in tow! Having time available the next morning, I walked back again and knowing the way, it did only take half an hour. The hotel was really quite special. A warm welcome and despite the early hour and the initial 'sorry your room is not ready', a quick change around and 'yes, there is a room for you' which was very kind for such an early arrival. Everything was impeccable. All the staff had a smile and friendly word, everything supremely clean and pristine. The pool was clear and fresh and a pleasure to spend lazy hours beside. The surroundings mostly residential were very pleasant but to the rear were some rather strange and spooky disused factories which from a pedestrian's point of view was a bit un-nerving - but nevertheless the location was very peaceful and pleasant.

Easy to find- great hotel.
Compared to most hotel in Naples and surrounding area this one was so well signed and easy to find. It was clean and modern and the pool was huge. Parking was secure and huge. The staff was terrific and the breakfast was great. It's only draw back is that it is close to nothing. You must have a car or be willing to take a taxi. We stayed in 12 hotels in four weeks and this one had the best mattress and it was only a four out of five.That tells you that Italian hotels don't spend their money on good quality mattresses. We are spoiled in Canada.

The hotel is a nice facility which is virtually impossible for a non-resident traveler to find. It has an inept, rude and uncaring staff. It also has a beautiful restaurant which is not open to those who stay unless you happen to be there when there is a large tour group. The small cafe/bar has an area they call the restaurant, but the menu is so limited you're better off trying to find another place. Problem is there isn't anything else unless you go into the center. In which case we waited for more than an hour for a 15 Euro cab ride back to never land.

A real 4 star hotel
Just stayed at the hotel with my family (2 kids aged 8 and 10). Lovely place, free parking (safe) under the hotel. A free drink of sparkling wine if you show your priority card.A+++++++++++

Struttura datata, camere antiche con moquette, poco piacevole per chi soffre di allergie, la nostra stanza affacciava su strutture incomplete e fatiscenti, check-in e checkout molto lenti per via di un solo operatore, sicuramente si può migliorare... Adeguato alla situazione (file interminabili alla reggia), il fatto che si debbano fare file di mezz'ora sia per il check in che per il checkout è da superare con l'aggiunta di un secondo operatore, inoltre il ristorante non sostiene il numero di occupanti tant'è che era sold out. Essendo fuori mano, a piedi la sera non dà molta sicurezza anche per via della scarsa illuminazione all' esterno, non nei pressi dell' hotel però. Discreta la colazione e apprezzabile la gentilezza dei dipendenti. Qualche cartello in più per raggiungerlo non guasterebbe.

Con il primo soggiorno la porta di accesso alla camera non si apriva,interviene personale, camera non pulita e ordinata. Secondo soggiorno una sola coperta per 2 letti separati. Il personale alle ore 23,00 comunica di essere solo 1 persona; comunica che richiama; mai richiamato e notte senza coperta.in bagno non funziona estrazione aria. Albergo sporco e relativi corridoi. Colazione personale gentile e buon cibo.
