"Bedbugs!!! One bit my aunt during our stay. She caught it and killed it. I’m sure there’s more where that came from. Also , arrived at 4:30pm ish , check in is at 3! So even arrived late, but our room wasn’t available bc it had not been cleaned. We waited another 2 hours for our room to be “cleaned” in 100+degree weather. Many were having the same problem even the VIP. Members or whatever it’s called."
