Great location

Great stay and well equiped hotel for a nice stay in Cascia. New facitiy, rooms are clean and new - good food too. The staff is very supportive and warm in everythiing we asked. Definetly would stay there again and reccomend for anyone that want to visit Cascia and Santa Rita sanctuary.

Consigliatissima!!

Struttura imponente e molto curata, niente da rimostrare. Eccellente la pulizia in camera e fuori, colazione abbondante e ricca. Per mancanza di tempo niente spa, consiglio solo un importo più basso per l'ingresso.

Ogni volta che andiamo a Cascia preferiamo soggiornare in questa struttura. È calda, silenziosa e ha un enorme parcheggio. Il ristorante è organizzato bene e il personale gentile.

La struttura si presenta molto bene, anche se gestita con poca attenzione, siamo arrivati e la nostra camera era molto fredda, con riscaldamento spento, è stato molto difficile riscaldarsi, notte trascorsa non piacevole Il copriletto non era stato cambiato, era sporco di peli di cane.... che brutta cosa....inoltre la televisione in camera non funzionava, in una zona isolata, quale quella dell hotel non ci sono molte alternative la sera, la compagnia della tv non ci sarebbe dispiaciuta Consiglio più attenzione alle esigenze dei clienti

Piękny hotel

Wszystko wspaniałe, od obsługi po stan obiektu, jedyny problem to nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji w pokoju i korytarzu. No i nie zostałem wcześniej poinformowany, że dostęp do SPA kosztuje 35 euro. Śniadanie skromne, ale produkty wysokiej jakości.

Molto accoglienti sin dall'ingresso , velocità nel servizio e stanze pulite non abbiamo usufruito del ristorante ma gli odori che uscivano erano molto invitanti La colazione abbondante con un unica pecca , se vuoi un caffe espresso devi alzarti ed andare al bar a prenderlo, almeno cosi ha risposta una ragazza che gestiva la colazione
