「Personnel très serviable à notre arrivée. Oubli d'une veste que nous n'avons pas pu récupérer le jour même, l'hôtel étant fermé de 11h à 16h ! L'hôtel n'accepte pas d'envoyer les objets oubliés contre remboursement. Espérons récupérer la veste lors d'un passage à Narbonne en juillet...」

「With the balcony doors open and the birds chirping it felt like we were in the French countryside. On site parking was important to us as was the easy walk into the town centre.」

「I booked the hotel because I had an early morning flight. It offered a complimentary shuttle to the airport. The hotel is quite new (2-3 months?) and the shuttle was not set up yet. So I had to use a taxi which was not cheap.」

「Alles perfect op 1 groot nadeel na, de kamer had een enorme riool lucht, waar technisch zeker iets aan te doen is als men dat zou willen. Dit moet andere gasten ook zijn opgevallen en zou mij weerhouden terug te komen. Jammer want alles is zo mooi en de ligging op een wijn domein, met heerlijk zwembad, een super ontbijt en aardig personeel.」

「Very charming place. Friendly staff, great home made breakfast and beautiful views. Very friendly people in the village also. Sad that we only could stay one night over Easter as we were a family travelling by car further south. Place definitely worth coming back. Decent space on the property ground to park your car. Beautiful garden with pond with fish in it. 」

「Hay que desplazarse a la ciudad en coche, pero hay que decir que Narbona no ofrece muchos alojamientos en la ciudad. Bien comunicado. El precio del desayuno nos pareció elevado」

「Apartamento muy bonito y equipado con todo lo necesario. Lo que sí echamos en falta es una cortina en la puerta de entrada al apartamento ya que es de cristal y te ven los vecinos Nos costó un poco encontrarlo, tuvimos que llamar por teléfono y nos vinieron a buscar para hacer el check-in en el hotel Comentar que el acceso al apartamento es por unas escaleras 」

「The hotel is chasing, as in old charm. But beyond the charm, a reality come with it. It would need a lot of renovation, espacially with the bathroom. The shower in my room was a prefab shower module from the 80's. Completely run down, almost unusable, potentially dangerous as you could easily slide and fall in it. It may not be the case for all the rooms, but make sure to ask if the bathroom as been renovated! The staff was nice, and apolegatic about it. The owners need to do something about it....

Tout est pensé dans les moindres détails, de la décoration raffinée aux services et équipements sur place, afin que le séjour soit parfait. Quand il n'y a rien à dire, il n'y a rien à dire : allez-y les yeux fermés ! Mention spéciale au petit-déjeuner sur mesure, livré devant la chambre : un régal !」
