「Unable to open door as What’s app not working. Very stressful being locked out. No elevator and a lot of stairs.not equipped for people with disabilities. . Shower wouldn’t work. The company was helpful and seemed nice. They remediated complaints on time. Better place for locals to stay rather than foreigners. People at Nicola restaurant were mean. Not welcoming. 」

「Good air conditioning, smooth check in, the property sent us detailed instruction prior to our arrival, not a very long walk from Caiscas Train station. The bathroom was clean, a little bit humid, but there is a towel warmer to dry the towels. We love the amenities in the common area, very clean, there was a fridge and microwave. The communication with the property representative via whatspp is very good, instant response. 」
