"Paid more for a suite so our family would have more room. The breakfast buffet is directly above our room. Around 6:30am you start to hear staff walking around and then once the Buffett opens you hear all the foot traffic above which made it hard to sleep. The noise woke our 5 year old up. Honestly other than that, the location is great the breakfast buffet was good, amenities were fantastic. But sleep is important and with how much we paid, we should have been warned at the very least."

"Warm welcome and bright, cheery interior, with photographs of the nearby mountains and historic villages on the corridor walls. Our studio room had incredible views of the mountains and foothills surrounding the Snoqualmie valley. The breakfast buffet was well stocked with fresh delicious choices. The coffee bar included fresh water, plain and flavored with fresh fruit. "

"I booked my stay with Columbia Cliff Villas because I was specifically looking for pet friendly accommodations which this property advertises to be on Expedia. After my stay I was charged an additional $164. When I called to ask what it was for since I paid in full upon arrival, it was explained to me that I was being charged because I was in a none pet friendly room with a pet. - When I booked there were no details listed about the room being none pet friendly. - When booking it didn't seem like there were different types of room options available - When I called about the charge it was mentioned that this wasn't an uncommon occurrence. This has happened a couple of times in the past few weeks. - I was told they would see what they could do (but mentioned no guarantee of getting my money back) - Columbia Cliffs never returned my call "

"We had a room with fireplace, and it was pretty nice & clean. Our biggest concern is lack of proper noise insulation. We could hear our neighbors talk / walk / etc. all the time and it made our pup stressed. "

"Out door hot tub is very relaxing view. Sitting on back porch is so enjoyable with a cup of coffee or wine. No free breakfast. But the breakfast was very delicious and again, all about the view"

"Breakfast was limited, but fresh and was good. I would encourage Expedia to change their room descriptions of this property, specifically for the handicapped accessible rooms. turns out there are 2 different types of handicapped accessible rooms. 1 for hearing impaired, and 1 for the physically handicapped such as a wheelchair accessible. The hearing accessible has a couch area and 2nd TV in an extended room for viewing from the couch. It also has a shower (not a bathtub, and NO shower chairs available, and NO hand rails bathroom or shower. The physically handicapped room (wheelchair accessible) DOES NOT HAVE a 2nd TV OR an extended room. It also has a bathtub NOT shower and has a built in shower chair AND hand rails in the bathroom & shower. The manager I spoke to said that he's been trying to get Expedia to change the room descriptions for their hotel, but still no changes. what this meant for my stay, was that my physically handicapped spouse COULD NOT TAKE A SHOWER our entire stay. But the hotel DID offer to move me to another physically handicapped room, but it was just too much trouble to move once we were unpacked and there for a bit already. "
