「We enjoy going there, but it needs a little more attention related to cleaning up after guests use services, bathroom downstairs didn’t have toilet paper, the staff need a little more polish, they are nice but there seems to be a lack of understanding who does what and how things run. 「The property is unique and we enjoyed the grounds. The customer interface from staff could use some work. Waiting at the front desk while employees complain about guests is a turn off. Along with the snotty eye-rolling bar staff, or the breakfast waitstaff's whole hearted disclaimer that they could not guarantee the safety of my food from allergens in their kitchen rather than a "we care about your health, we will do our best"
