The grounds were beautiful. It is not walkable outside of the hotel so you need to take a bus or get a cab if you do not have a car. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only big issue were the rooms. Ours was very moldy, even the mattresses had mold on them.

The pools were spectacular and the views were incredible! The snack bar staff and front desk staff were very kind and helpful. It was a little difficult to find people to help with luggage and spa services.

This resort is amazing. You get so much more than you pay for. Lots of space. So many great accommodations. The pools are amazing. There’s Total freedom to explore without feeling micromanaged. Common sense rules. I left feeling like I was born again. The only problem is you won’t want to leave the resort to do anything else. I highly recommend.

We absolutely loved this property. It’s beautiful. We stayed in a Junior suite with large balcony overlooking some of the pools (there are a lot of pools with varying degrees of heat.) The staff was helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel at home! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Everything was perfect! There is a bus stop directly across the street from the hotel entrance, and also very easy to get taxis anywhere you need to go, the staff can order them for you. One note - it’s a large property and requires lots of walking and steps/stairs. You can rent towels for the pools, and they will assign you sunbeds for the duration of your stay so they belong to you.

We enjoyed the location- if you are down for walking up and down stairs, then it’s not bad for the price. The staff is friendly and helpful. The cleaning is pretty bad, our couple bed was two twin beds put together. The floor was dirty, you could see other people hair. Luckily, we only stayed two nights but they didn’t even do our beds just replaced our towels. Our sheets had stains 😭 but the bus was close and the food was accessible. The beach was kinda rough but it was enjoyable. Would I stay here again? No.

We had a lovely time. The 10 pools (8 thermal) were excellent but we were disappointed to find out our 7 and 9yr olds could not go into the thermal pools so were limited to 2 pools and the sea. Not a huge deal and we undersood the rationale but still disappointed. The food at one of the restaurants was surprisingly good (we had breakfast and dinner there all 3 nights). Our room had a great view. And while some areas felt a bit rundown, you're getting what you pay for and you're in Italy!

Disappointing Experience with Poor Communication We recently stayed at Oasi Castiglione for four days, booking four rooms. Unfortunately, our experience was less than satisfactory. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find that the hotel was hosting a significant number of people in common areas, a detail that was not clearly communicated to us when we booked. This created a crowded and less relaxing atmosphere than we had expected. Additionally, despite multiple requests, the hotel never provided the lounge chairs we requested for our rooms. This lack of attention to our needs over several days was frustrating and detracted from our overall experience. While the rooms were adequate, the poor communication and unmet requests left us disappointed. We expected better service and transparency from a hotel of this caliber.

Our room had a lot of bugs and a big mold spot on the wall behind the bed. We don’t know where the bugs came from but there were constantly entering our room. We noticed spiderwebs and the shower was in poor condition.

Very much enjoyed our stay here. Clean rooms with air conditioning, nice to have them open straight out onto a private terrace and to be able to go straight to the many thermal pools. Great to have our own reserved sunbeds by the pool, and to be able to swim and snorkel on the private beach. Almost all the staff were polite and friendly, and went out of their way to be helpful. We did experience an issue with some staff at the ocean side restaurant being quite rude one night with was unusual compared to everyone else there. Recommend this island as a beautiful place to holiday, teenagers and adults alike both enjoyed the history, scenery and food immensely.

Nice place to relax with private beach, clear water. I was slightly disappointed by the food, unfortunately grilled food in restaurant was subpar. The restaurant can do better it's a pretty easy fix if there's willingness The beds and mattresses are quite worn, it seems that the owners are renovating in stages, seen by the new and clean baths, but didn't get to beds yet. Overall unique experience with clean spas, pool nice staff. It's a good resort

Everyone was great, the place is magnificent and the price and quality of everything was perfect; particularly the dining options. The beds are firm and the only real negative is that the resort is so spectacular you do not feel the need to leave the property and explore Ischia which is one of the most magical islands on the planet.

It’s an older hotel but kept in great shape. Due to the hotel is built in the hill it has lots of steps and steep areas. It may present a physical challenge for some. Overall the resort was very accommodating to our needs. I would recommend.

The hotel had beautiful pools and ocean access which we loved. Food available onsite was great and they had a wonderful seafood restaurant right next to the water which had a spectacular view. We were able to use the buses to get around the island. Note that bus tickets can be purchased onsite. Our only negative was that wifi was not available in the room..only at certain locations on the property. This was tough as we were travelling with a teenager!

Mi piace molto il parco termale e suo personale, tutto bene anche con la parte di ristoranti. Ma sono estremamente delusa da albergo. Non struttura per se, ma di personale diurno di reception. Abbiamo avuto i problemi dei cimici nella nostra stanza. 50-60 morsi su ogni braccio e su ogni coscia a me e tutta la schiena morsicata a mamma. La camera hanno cambiato fra 2 giorni e per questo ho dovuto protestare più volte. Poi facevano finta che non sono morsi di cimici ma di zanzare o allergia solare o chiunque altra cosa. E certo che nessuno ha chiesto scusa. Una delle notti, stanchi dai morsi infiniti, abbiamo cercato di dormire sui sdrai in giardino, ma finiti a dormire con la luce e area condizionata accese. Oggi ho dovuto andare da dermatologo, acquistare i farmaci,il 50 euro di vaporetto e oggi tutto il giorno a pulire e des infettare le valigie che sono ancora buttate nel giardino. Feedback negativo 👎!

the pools and grounds were fantastic. the breakfasts were great some of the staff was nice - others not so much They were stingy with towels I noticed wrappers and a sock behind the daybed and requested it to be cleaned , got a not very pleasant response and the area was never cleaned It was very loud around our room The staff was very loud while speaking and cleaning-- the property asks for quiet from its customers...
