The property was very well maintained and furnished. The courtyard area and garden area with water feature was very nice touch and made it feel as though you were in the coutryside while sitting on your balcony.

We had a wonderful overnight stay got out last night in Bologne, Italy before flying back to LA. We had the Blue Suite which is on the top floor and overlooks beautiful hills. It has a large patio with sundeck and our own private jacuzzi. The room is large and nicely decorated in blue furnishings and bathroom tile. Very spacious and upon arrival we were treated to a fruit plate and the breakfast bar was free as well. We received excellent service!! We would stay here again. Also there is a nice restaurant and bar inside and a gym. There is a beautiful garden out front with a few seats that my husband and I enjoined as well.

There was a party with a very loud live band playing til after 11pm next door. Called front desk to provide so time of info (like cutoff time for music) and they say “I don’t hear it, I don’t know”. We had an early morning flight so we literally got no sleep. The air conditioning wasn’t working either so not only could we not sleep but also no air and couldn’t open the balcony doors for fresh air as the music was obnoxiously loud.

Horrible hotel, I would stay away
I made a mistake when I booked the place, I called the hotel 20 mins later and they refused to change the date or refund the money. It’s been the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life, stay away from this place.

Ideal for passing travellers and for Bologne
Very nice hotel with free secure parking, close to the motorway and a short 20 min (€2) bus ride into the centre of Bologna. Good restaurant, and other restaurants close by. Ideal for a stop over if travelling south and for visiting Bologna.

Outdated room, A/C cannot go under 23°c...and the noise of it was unbearable and kept us from sleeping 1 minute, the mattress was extremely firm and not comfy at all, and you sleeping litteraly eith your neighbors thanks to the wall paper thin, rust everywhere in the bathroom, the category of this hotel is bot at what you should expect for a 4 stars

It is obvious to think that you did not like the assigned room and certainly if you had reported the various problems encountered during your stay at the reception, we could have intervened promptly. Unfortunately, an anonymous review does not allow us to identify even the accommodation to make the appropriate checks. We would like to point out that our rooms are not absolutely outdated but well maintained and with design furniture as it can be seen from the published photos. We really apologize for the noise of the air conditioner and we are sorry that you found the mattress uncomfortable but there is no paper wall in any of our rooms and event rust. We hope to have clarified any doubts, best regards

Lovely hotel!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It was in a quiet neighborhood, and the staff was very helpful in getting taxis and giving us restaurant recommendations. The room was modern yet still maintained that "old school" charm. We even had a little terrace - loved it!

upscale hotel for a business trip.
this is an upscale hotel, rooms are a bit small and outdated, but the service is way above average for an Italian hotel. Staff is young and inexperienced, apparently, but they strive to overachieve and deliver an outstanding experience to guests.
