「It is located at a safe area of the city. The room is of very decent size. Wide selection of food in breakfast. Offers customers two free bottles of water a day. However, nobody opened the door for us after we got out of taxi or offered to help with our luggage until we reached the check-in counter. The hotel and the facilities are also a bit aged. It is a pretty good hotel, but it doesn’t quite match the typical Ritz Carlton standard.」

「Stayed for one night between transport to Argentina. Staff were great, room was big, bed was comfy. Bathroom a little cozy, but fine. Great location for getting around Providencia.」

「The swimming pool was a disappointment to me. It is located at ground level next to the entrance. It opens into the bar area. Maybe ideal for pool parties and such like but not for a business traveller like me. Having said that I saw no-one using it when I was there. Gym was ok on level 2 - not same level as pool and not connected. But the hotel itself is modern, clean and very good」

「the room is good, but not sure why the fridge temperature can not be adjusted and always stays cool-to-warm. The staff is very helpful and friendly.」

「Hotel is pretty nice, good location but after service is quite poor I have stayed from 23rd - 26th Dec and have settled the payment in advance. They ask for my credit card for deposit purpose, when I check out they charged me 2 times the room fee without any notice (on 28 Dec) and when I reach out to them via email, no response was made (now considering reaching out on phone but yeah I am not based in Chile you know) Let's see how it goes, probably need to make some calls, bad experience 」
