Horrible service!
Hotel was nice paid for the Grand Hotel and got a room in the Marina next door Room was not bad except for the bloody sheets! Requested a wake up call for 09:00 am but was surprised to get a 06:00 am. The night auditor (Hassan?) refused to admit any wrong doing and insisted we asked for a 0600 wake-up call. When asked to speak to a Manager at checkout I was told he was in a meeting!

The room was huge and comfortable so that’s a plus. However the staff, well…. Check-in I got got double charged, they didn’t bring bags up, and then on any given day the most money I could exchange was 40 dollars . I called downstairs to see if they had a bar/lounge … they said it opens at 7… and all they had to do was look up and see it was completely not being used . I assume a lot was lost in translation as most English isn’t their top language , so no fault of theirs . It was just like it wasn’t fully up and running again but the staff had to act like it was . Again, the rooms were great , so if you want a nice QUIET area of town to get rest . This is the place

They charged be 200 dihrams for early checking in. Exceptionally BAD service. I had to wait 30 minutes for checking in to my room even though I paid extra. Room was ready. There were 4 people at the front desk, just laughing and joking, wasting time while customer is waiting. It took an hour to just get complimentary toothpaste and toothbrush at the room. This team needs training from IHG group on service. I have seen lazy people, but they are the worst. When i walked into the restaurant, the first thing came out of the person in front of the restaurant on duty is how much the price person is. No greetings. Worst Hotel Service I have ever experienced in Morocco.

The stay was comfortable. The location was great. The staff were friendly, serving and helpful. One of reception girls needs to be more welcoming just like the other receptionists who were friendly and gave us the feeling to be home.

Wow, this place was was great but man the hotel room was massive for a standard. Loved that the toilet and bathroom were separated. It was super quiet, love)d that! They also had a window that opened so you could get fresh air and hear the heartbeat of the city. Would stay again

Front desk services were poor. We waited for check-in the lady was chatting with another staff until a another staff while he was serving another customer had to tell the lady to take care of us. After all, she did not tell us where the elevators are, wifi password, hotel facilities, etc. Later I came down to ask for wifi password, I told the front desk the service was poor.

Our room was not clean. Ir the floor was stcky. And it was warm! Couldn’t open the window to bring in fresh air! Calling the front desk didn’t help! The area where the hotel is not what I would expect for a 4 star hotel. Service is bad in the breakfast room! Definitely will not recommend this hotel!

While the hotel was nice, the rooms were very hot as air conditioning did not work. The breakfast was expensive and terrible. By the time we arrived to eat, there was nothing left. Location was in the business district which is under construction. Would not recommend this place for the price

Very nice hotel, sub-optimal service.
Very nice, comprehensive hotel with excellent facilities, comfortable room in central Casablanca. Good breakfast, but very slow service getting tea or coffee from what apparently was plenty of staff. There was a restaurant/lounge in a nice location with terrific food and great service for lunch or dinner. The hotel desk staff was friendly, but not helpful. We were called 10:30 PM to present our voucher to show payment- I had to dress and go down to the desk to show this and to pay a local tax (hotel bill was paid in advance). I paid in cash, but they didn't have change. I was told to ask for it in the AM when checking out. At that time, they didn't have any record of the change I was owed. Although the amount of the change was trivial, this shouldn't happen. I then asked the staff to call a taxi to take us to the airport (called a Grand Taxi in Casablanca, capable of handling luggage of which the smaller taxis were unable), but was told the Grand Taxis rarely came by the hotel, and the hotel wouldn't call us one, but would provide us with their own contracted service ( a limousine). This was significantly more expensive than a taxi. I paid for this as there appeared to be no other choice, but one of the bellmen indicated that there indeed were Grand Taxis in the area, but couldn't say this in front of the management who evidently were at the desk. I would not stay here again.

The hotel was a bit away from the main attractions, but, Casablanca is so spread out, most attractions are not close. Taxis are readily available. Staff was always helpful, breakfast was plentiful and the room was large and well kaid out. I had to downgrade a bit, because the bathroom shower smelled of mold and rot.

Good room but location is not central
Nice, big and clean rooms, but location is far from Medina, and unsmiling staff at breakfast room who cannot remember when you request for coffee (sometimes up to 3 times!) and are unduly concerned with clearing plates and cleaning tables (sometimes the same table is cleaned twice by different staff) when 3/4 of the restaurant has empty set tables. Better to have a self service coffee machine!
