「The establishment is clean and well kept. I stayed for one night. There are 6 beds in each room and there is a little cabinet by each bed where you can store a back pack. I appreciate that they try to spread the guests over multiple rooms when they are not overbooked, so even though there were several guests staying, I shared the room with only one other person. 「飯店的位置很好，又有一個大的地下停車場，這在Evora老城區是非常難得的。飯店是5星等級，但房間和reception的服務卻不怎麼樣，尤其是reception的櫃臺人員，請教他走道上的咖啡機怎麼使用，他站在reception，邊回答身體晃來晃去，一直説房間也有咖啡機！撇開這個，餐廳的服務和餐點品質是受肯定的，Deaust’AR是米其林推薦餐廳，是的，它所有的一切值得這樣的推崇。」
