Honestly our favorite hotel of our honeymoon! They have an excellent location, on-site parking and is walking distance to everything you need. Staff were friendly, breakfast is amazing and the pool (with bar) was to die for. Would love the opportunity to stay here again!

We had an excellent stay while on vacation in Carvoeiro. The location is perfect for walking to everything in town. The hotel is newly renovated in tasteful neutrals. Our room was comfortable with a lovely queen size bed and a/c and the beautiful pool was part of our daily routine. Outdoor seating area on the patio near the bar was perfect for evenings chatting with family and playing cards. Breakfast buffet was great, with many options. All the staff were welcoming and nice. Highly recommended!

Such a nice area to stay in Carveiro. Only a10 minute walk into town it to the coastal walk. Great breakfast buffet options, more than you can imagine, the hotel was very beautiful and the pool area was spacious, clean and the bar and did options were good. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was a large property with indoor and outdoor pool Buffet breakfast offered plenty of choice . Easy access to restaurants and beach and shopping as on Main Street into town

Staff is horrible and rude, we were there for 4 nights and they never changed the sheets or towels even when we asked them to. In fact they lied to us and made snobby comments. The shower head was broken and the sheets had blood on them. But it’s a good location and walking distance to everything

Walls are VERY thin! An afternoon nap / sleeping in was impossible because all will hear is chairs being dragged. Apparently this has to happen while housekeeping is cleaning rooms. I have never experienced this at any other hotel and was for the biggest downfall that I couldn’t get some extra rest in on my vacation. For those planning to be out of the room for most of the day this doesn’t present a problem. Breakfast option was honestly fantastic. Bathrooms were a bit outdated but aside from that Everything was clean. Food at pool is mediocre.

Nice property, great breakfast, great location, nice furniture in rooms. Didnt favor the outdated bathroom, very flat bed pillows, hair blow fryer, no hair conditioner, tissues, wash cloths, water in room nor coffee. Shower tub stall very tight with a plastic shower curtain. Water gushes so heavily couldnt keep the curtain off my body.

Great hotel. Super convenient location. Steps from restaurants and shopping and a very short walk to Algar Seco and Carvoeiro Beach. Pool was beautiful and a great option to swim as beach was covered in seaweed. Room was clean and hotel was in a safe area.

Hotel staffs are not fully provided whole details about the hotel, and felt a lack of service attitude. Breakfast are the same menu for 10days!! They should have a bit changes everyday to taste different dishes... Not recommended.

We really liked the breakfast buffet and the spa/pool facilities. Parking was very handy as there are few hotels in the area that offer free parking. The rooms themselves and bathrooms slightly dated but still very comfortable. We had expensive road bikes with us and although they allowed us to keep them in the suitcase storage room, we didnt feel very safe storing them there as the room was left open all day and we were denied the option of storing them on the very spacious balcony. Understandable but something to keep in mind if you are bringing bikes with you.

Our second visit to this hotel and would certainly return. Good, quiet location and within an easy walk to the centre (it is an uphill walk to get back) Rooms spotless and all staff really helpful
