Nice hotel in great area - boardwalk and costal walk within a short distance, same with downtown core, lots of dining options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool area was beautiful. Rooms were very clean and well looked after.

Great hotel

Our second visit to this hotel and would certainly return. Good, quiet location and within an easy walk to the centre (it is an uphill walk to get back) Rooms spotless and all staff really helpful

Nice property, great breakfast, great location, nice furniture in rooms. Didnt favor the outdated bathroom, very flat bed pillows, hair blow fryer, no hair conditioner, tissues, wash cloths, water in room nor coffee. Shower tub stall very tight with a plastic shower curtain. Water gushes so heavily couldnt keep the curtain off my body.

We stayed for one night, got in late because of flight. Beautiful place with older rooms but everything worked. Great complimentary breakfast. Pool and grounds were beautiful. Close to a lot of restaurants and the middle of town.

We definitely had a wonderful stay at Mirachoro! The location was convenient as it is surrounded by restaurants and it is few blocks away from the beach. We also want to send our appreciation to the staff as their service was excellent. The moment we stepped in until the day we checked out, everyone was really helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this place for those visiting Carvoeiro!

After our five day stay, I am happy to share my experience because I see lots of value at this property. PRAISE ! Large rooms, roomy balconies ! Huge pool with tall palms ! Great location : beach and city center are 10 minutes walk away ! Best breakfast of the four hotels we stayed at while in Portugal ! Claudio gave us a tour upon our arrival; we felt very welcome. ! Romulus our breakfast waiter greeted us with a hearty "good morning!" every day. ! Also awesome were: The breakfast service manager and the chef whose sunny side up eggs were beautiful to see before they were found to be hot and delicious! Sounds like a great place right? Please read on... DISBELIEF ? Why wasn't there a real hairdryer in my bathroom? ? You want me to pay extra to use the safe in my room?! ? This one upset me because I didn't feel trusted: I had to walk to the front desk and leave a €20 deposit in order to have two towels to use at the pool! POTENTIAL This place has great potential but it feels like it's run by an accountant. Hang the accountant! Instead, hang a tapestry or two. Focus on finding the flourishes that surprise and endear patrons to your brand. All the best!

Great location, excellent pool and breakfast.

A short stay so that we could hike the Seven Hanging Valleys' Trail. Perfect location. Lovely small sea side town with very good restaurants. Hotel is very nice, especially if you want to spend a day by the pool which was not on our agenda. Breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit, a wide variety of foods all very fresh.

Wasn’t what I expected. Outdated. Wifi didn’t work. Had to mention it to staff multiple times before they offered to change my room. Needed it to work while I was away so very inconvenient for a basic amenity to be malfunctioning. Glad they changed my room. Staff was nice for the most part. Great location.

The hotel overall is fine. However, there are definitely many aspects that need improvement. To begin with, the way we were received was quite the opposite of feeling welcomed. We were given a room on the first floor and I asked for the possibility of a higher floor but I was told the hotel was fully booked, which we understood. We gave our deposit for the pool towels and were told they would not be changed daily even if we needed clean ones. We were informed that the sauna wasnt working. Then we went to our room and one bed would crack very loudly as soon as we sat on it and with any slight movement. We reported this issue right away and instead of getting an apology, the reply I got was they were not going to offer me a room on a higher floor, which was completely unrelated to what I just said. I repeated the issue was actually the bed. She said she would give me a room on ground floor. The room at the ground floor was gloomy, dark, and the bathroom was older compared to the previous room. But at least the bed didnt crack. We felt at a 3-star hotel instead of a 4-star hotel. Moreover, although we stayed 5 days and 4 nights, only once our bathroom towels were changed and our trash was emptied. The negative impression changed thanks to the breakfast, which offers a great variety of fruits, breads, cheeses, and all that needed to have an English breakfast. The service is friendly and in general quite good. The rest of our stay improved because everyone else was nice.

Great hotel - stylish, calm, with very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was outstanding! Parking was very easy, right in front of the hotel. My room was furnished with great style. The bathroom was a bit outdated, but everything was spotless and worked perfectly.
