We were expecting a kitchenette and a balcony and we didn't get either, the air con in the room was not working, the beds were slightly too hard, I asked the housekeeping staff to come back later and they proceeded to sigh and close the door. Staff was friendly. The gym was okay. The pool」

「Beautiful and comfortable home. The listing was a little incomplete so it was unclear exactly what we were getting but pleasantly surprised. One very confusing experience is they never mentioned an actual couple lives on-site and are the hosts. They came by when we got there and were very kind and accommodating. It just would have been helpful to know they would be there. The listing said it was entirely self check-in. 」
