「The second you walk in all you smell is old cigarette smoke. You can tell this place has always been a heavily smoked in building. Even the couple of times i went out to my car there were people literally right outside of the doors smoking. I had a non smoking room, it didn’t smell like smoke but there was a very strong air freshener of some kind in there and that’s all you could smell. The bed was very comfortable though. 「For this to be one of the cheapest hotels it's one of the nicest you'll ever get and the customer service is absolutely wonderful I would recommend this hotel to anyone they have new owners that took over and redone everything and it is absolutely a beautiful room and the staff is absolutely wonderful」

「Tried to charge me 11$ more than the price I was given online when I made the reservation. I showed him the confirmation email and he then refused to rent me a room all together over me wanting him to honor the price I had already confirmed online. Did so by using various hand signs because his English was less than understandable. Terrible experience and the place appeared to be filthy going by what the parking lot and lobby looked like. 「The room was clean, beds and pillows are super comfortable. The bathroom sink needed some attention, it was clogged but they fixed it. And it needs cleaning where dirt and mold is hidden, especially at the overflow drain. Everything else was great. 「Ratings skewed by effects of ongoing renovation. Attempted to check-in at 2:50 PM. Informed no rooms were ready. Came back at approximately 9:00 PM and learned there was no water. Kyle Thomas at the desk was helpful in cancelling my reservation and hopefully crediting my credit card account.」
