「This hotel is managed by an adorable husband and wife who were super friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze. The cute details in the hallways and alcoves show how much they pour their hearts and souls into this place. The room was simple but had all of the amenities I needed for my stay. Coffee, tea and water are available in the lobby and there is also a shared kitchen space as well as a small garden terrace. Breakfast is included at an authentic Costa Rican soda about 2 blocks away.」

「Wir hatten nur eine Nacht in San Jose benötigt und das Hotel Sura aufgrund seiner Nähe zum Bus Terminal gewählt. Die Gegend allgemein erschien nicht besonders vertauenserweckend. Der Check-in erfolgte im nahe gelegenen Partnerhotel Stray Cat, der Mitarbeiter begleitete uns dann zum Hotel Sura und erklärte uns auch, dass das Frühstück wiederum im Stray Cat stattfinden würde. 「Rooms are clean, neat and pretty. There are three bedrooms and enough room for our family (2 adults and 3 kids). The road leading from the main street to the house is narrow, steep, and winding, making driving a bit challenging. A smaller vehicle with four-wheel drive and decent driving skills will be necessary. The location is nice. Just 20-30 minutes to Cartago. We had a good time there!」
