Staff was very friendly and went above and beyond. Not a lot of Colombian style dishes available. There were more Mexican dishes. Restaurant prices were more aligned with US pricing and not Colombian pricing

Beautiful resort with wonderful amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had a beautiful sea view (they all do). The food at the hotel was delicious. Humo, the Japanese/Peruvian restaurant is spectacular. This hotel is worth visiting just to get to experience Humo. One of the best restaurants I’ve ever eaten. The beach is quiet and relaxing. We encounter a few locals selling but not at the level that we experienced in the walled city.

Great Property however needs to improve on some staff attitude, training is needed for a more clear direction amongst all staff. To avoid issues of misleading one person saying yes it can happen and the others saying otherwise. Overall good stay especially if you want to stay away from the city life and relax on the property
