Wonderful staff, very friendly. Food was good and plentiful. The place is long overdue for an upgrade. My sea view room window was dirty, and the frame was falling apart. Very cold, white room with no character. A/C in the room hardly worked.

Lots of booze, no water

The room was clean and confortable and although we had an issue with the air conditionning, they promptly offered a différent room. The food was average. Drinks were OK however very difficult to get water and no fridge in the room.

El servicio al cliente no es bueno ya que yo reporte el aire acondicionado de la habitación y no hicieron nada tuve que volver a reportarlo pero de igual manera no lo repararon estuvimos 3 noches sin aire También la comida en el Plan todo incluido no es buena y todos los días la comida estuvo fría no me volvería a quedar ahí y no lo recomiendo

Poucas opções de alimentação, mas boas. Água do chuveiro não era muito quente. Praia fica atravessando a rua, mas não tem estrutura na praia do hotel (cadeiras e guarda sol). Atendimento bom, inclusive uma concierge mostrou pessoalmente a estrutura no check in e tinha drink de boas vindas.

The ac in our room was not working properly and they never came to fix it. The WiFi didn’t work properly. There was a small mini bar near the pool but nothing was given to us in our room fridge. When we checked in it took more than an hour for us to be helped even though they saw us with suitcases. The cleaning lady took forever to clean the room and forgot to give us clean towels. We came back one day at 5pm and the room had not been cleaned.

I’ve been to other resorts and even the one in San andres which is the same name and owner I believe is 100 times better than the one in Cartagena. It was the worse experience I had.. towels were extremely old and the over charge for those old towels if something happened to them (you cannot imagen). I asked staff for multiple essential things such an iron since day one, we’ll never got it in the 5 days I stayed there. All inclusive??? There’s no water something as essential as water no you have to go and ask for a 6 oz cup of water (this is very important for someone that don’t drink alcohol) keep in mind to give bottles of water and have some in the room even if you charge some extra dollars it would be much better… The cleaning lady for the room was great, as well as the people in the dinning area they were always helpful.. ohhh almost forgot don’t even think about going inside the pool area if you are not going into the water or going in with a towel because if not you are not allow to go in… good luck staying in this “RESORT” if I were you I would not. Instead go to the one in San andres :) highly recommended.

Al llegar al hotel la habitación no estaba disponible. Tuve que esperar media hora para que me la entregaran. Estaba lloviendo y por ese motivo no habia ningun tipo de recreacion en el hotel. Pudieron por lo menos poner musica, hacer un bingo, una tarde de Karaoke.. No hay excusa para no recrear al huesped. Agradecido al personal por la limpieza de las habitaciones Todo estaba impecable.

Please stay away from this place!!! This is not a real all inclusive. Poor customer service. Cockroaches on the room and bath room. Shower full of hair. Humidity on the wall and furniture and doors in bad conditions almost to fall down. Curtains falling down. Don’t waste your time and money on this hotel. Worst experience ever.
