First of all, we appreciate your comments and based on these we offer excuses if we do not exceed your expectations, each suggestion is taken into account to take corrective measures and improve our customer service. In fact, a few years ago we were part of the Raddisson chain and it was acquired by the CHOICE hotel chain. We are currently in the process of implementing its quality standards.On the other hand, our staff has been known for being kind and warm with our clients, so it is surprising that you feel that they were cold to you, however we will be sharing your impressions with them for improvement if necessary.
