Check-in and check-out were easy, and the staff was very helpful throughout my stay. The property is in an excellent location that is within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, shops, and other local attractions. The complimentary breakfast was nice to have. In my room, the water pressure in the bathroom sink was a bit weak, but it worked just fine for basic usage. Also, because the property is so centrally located in an area known for its nightlife, it can get noisy at night, so be cautious of that if you're not used to street noise.

Reservei 2 quartos triplos iguais. Deram um que tinha varanda p rua, enquanto o outro tinha uma fresta (posso provar c foto) p área do café. Reclamei na hora e, então, nos deram um quarto inferior ao q reservei (duplo). Aceitamos porque tinha varanda e não ficaríamos na clausura anterior apesar de triplo. Só pra avisar, o hotel fica no segundo andar, acessível através de dois lances de escada. A única vantagem deste hotel é a localização.

What I like, Boutique like feeling. like I was back in time. What i don't like is NO hot water for Shower & had to continuously have my AC room on the whole time because if not the room smells moldy. Time to time i don't know how but mosquitoes would end up in the room.

Best choice in the heart of the historic center.

Great little hotel. One must understand this is in the heart of the historical center. Everything is oriented toward tourists. While the prices are still reasonable all the restaurants are 2 to 4 times what a typical Colombian restaurant would be. This hotels location could not be better. A few blocks from the Transcarribe bus station and again in the heart of the historical center. You can walk to almost everything you may want to see including the castle or fortress. The staff in the hotel was very friendly. The breakfast is not the greatest but adequate g8ven the price during the pandemic. Just wish you could get more than 2 small cups of coffee. Lol. Charming place to stay. Very happy with it. Will stay here again on the next trip.

Awesome place. Perfect location. Clean room. And cheap. The airport pickup was a little pricey (45,000 Colombian pesos, should only have to pay about 25,000 with a taxi), but besides that, everything was great

Great hotel, perfect location. Breakfast portions are small. This hotel charges per guest, so if you meet someone and bring them back, you have to register them; the hotel charges $100000 pesos per night per guest, FYI.. it isn't a small charge to simply cover breakfast. It's nearly an entire night's rate. The balcony is great, mosquitoes get in but if you run the ceiling fan that keeps them at bay because mosquitoes are poor flyers. Water pressure was pretty low but the shower was big. Street noise gets in as the drivers are relentless with their horns 24/7 but the hotel itself is kind of an oasis.

Rooms poorly maintained. Incompetent staff with poor hospitality skills. Lack of international language knowledge. I initially was given a room with no water and had to spend the night there after traveling for 20 hours.

The only benefit of staying at this hotel is its location, that’s it. Facilities were pretty basic. The bathroom didn’t have water the first day. Saw an earthworm creep into the shower. I guess you suck that for the location but I’m sure there are better options within the walled city. Staff were nice and tried to help - but they can only do so much!
