Que bueno el pan

Una habitación en guardilla con ventana en el techo .La cama hacé ruido al moverse. Hay muy poco jabon y lo que mas me ha faltado es un vaso para poder lavarme los dientes. El bar muy bueno el pan me ha encantado.

La habitación no estaba mal del todo, el problema es que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y se pasa calor, y siendo verano y en Cartagena, o funcionas con aire acondicionado o no vives.

Una y no más. La chica que nos recibió fue muy amable pero ahí se queda todo lo positivo. El hotel está marcado como un 3 estrellas, y se trata de un 2 estrellas. Al llegar a la habitación nos dimos cuenta que nos habían dado una habitación con dos camas individuales, y no una doble, ya que la chica insistía que una cama doble era lo mismo que dos camas pequeñas. Conseguimos que nos cambiara la habitación. Como la chica que nos recibió no podía hacernos la ficha de entrada me retuvieron mi DNI en recepción unas horas hasta que llegara la persona adecuada. Cuando quisimos salir del hotel a cenar la persona que debía estar en recepción estaba atendiendo el restaurante y tuvimos que esperar aproximadamente 15 minutos para que me diera mi DNI y nos recogiera las llaves. Durante la noche era imposible abrir la ventana por la cantidad de insectos que se encontraba en la farola que daba a nuestra ventana, y el aire acondicionado empezó a gotear dentro de la habitación a mitad de la noche. En definitiva, ni ventana ni aire acondicionado. Al hacer el check out el hombre de la recepción nos preguntó que cuanto nos cobraba, una imagen malisima y un trato al cliente muy mejorable.

Adresse mal définie (inconnue par GPS).En réalité km 8 environ de autoroute Carthagéne Alicante avec sortie "La Manga"ensuite hôtel à 1 km près d'une station d'essence. Nous avons cherché pendant 2,15 heures. Nous étions persuadés d'avoir telepayé l'hôtel à Exoedia alors qu'il a fallu régler directement l'hôtel. Nous vérifierons ce point auprès de notre banque à notre retour. Salutations.
