"This was such a nice place with a tranquil waterview to enjoy from back deck. The room was spacious and well appointed. I appreciated the quiet, cozy atmosphere and loved the close walk to Decoys Seafood restaurant which was great. The bed, linens, and pillows were very comfortable and of high quality. "The hotel served the purpose but, this policy of telling the recently arrived guests that if they require a smokefree room it will cost at least another $8. This is SHAMEFUL..... everybody knows they don't allow smoking in hotel rooms anymore. The hotel clerk first said I had no choice because I booked with Expedia. Well, first of all it was my intension was to book this room with the property owner but it seems you're redirected to Expedia whether you like it or not. So when you get there to...
