「Down for a birthday party being hosted in the hotel and unfortunately I wasn’t there long enough to take advantage of the pool, but the room was very nice, extremely comfortable bed, great strong shower, tea and coffee facilities etc and the veggie cooked breakfast was delicious. 」

「This stay five was out of this world. This is a historic castle that has amazing public areas and the private rooms are warm and inviting. Staff was helpful and hands off unless you needed assistance, the main dining room had French service and breakfast in the solarium was a great start to our day. They even had had a visit from Santa and an albino wallabe. 」

「Where do I even begin? From the moment I got there; I was treated like royalty. Staff was top notch. Pods are the coolest thing and such a wonderful experience. The Hottub and dry sauna are pristine. The pods are so nicely designed and super clean. Waking up to the country side was one of the most spectacular views ever. I should’ve stayed my entire week there and never left. I was so content and relaxed! I will definitely be back soon!!! I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is!!! 」

「A very enjoyable overnight stay. Easy to locate. Ample nearby with reduced parking for guests in the Tower carpark. Welcoming, helpful receptionist who gave off good vibes, proud to work there. Very good bar food at a reasonable price, staff pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed interacting with locals whilst listening to a local group. Good bedroom overlooking the Quayside. Superb breakfast with helpful and good humoured staff. Simple checkout again lovely good natured staff. A great value for money...
