"We travel to Baltimore every year the past number of years and stay at a different hotel each time at the Inner Harbour. The Hyatt was excellent with every category of hospitality stays. We think we will stay here every year moving forward. "

"Very nice hotel close to all major tourist destinations. Spacious rooms. Not enough staff in the breakfast room. One person (who did a great job) had no help. "

"Too brief of a stay. Staff was exceptional. They provided a genuine feel of care and comfort. Great area. Looking forward to a longer visit next time. "

"My husband and I stayed for 4 days including our 2 pets and we loved it. The breakfast was exceptional but could have been better with the meats. However, the room was good; the bedding, the microwave & refrigerator, the water was hot. The shower water pressure was phenomenal. The staff were really friendly. The halls were clean and quiet. My pets were really happy and the vibes were totally good. We washed clothes and that was good but the middle dryer didn’t work or get hot. $1.50 washer $1.75 dryer quarters are at the front desk, bring your own soap. Other than that, the stay was GREAT!! Will visit again. "
