"Breakfast was very good. The staff accommodated a change at no charge. I would have given a 5 star by our air conditioner / heater/ fan did not work so we had to open our windows, but road and parking lot noise was not conducive for sleeping. Also, no coffee pot or microwave in the room. So that was disappointing. Casino was fun. But nice place with super friendly staff "

"Room smelled of smoke and was so bad I had an allergic reaction. Thin walls and I listened to people arguing all night. Also since this was next to a busy road and highway, lots of road noise."

"Checked in was a breeze and got to room it was good, clean and comfortable. But when it came time to get clean towels and bed made, and trash to be emptied there was no one to do any of that, as they say the system changed. You spend lots of money to stay and can’t get room service. Then need to upgrade to more than one washer and one dryer. Thousands of people stay and have to wait to wash clothes only because you have 1/1 wagger and dryer. Overall everything was good"
