「I had a great stay at this hotel. The facilities are excellent, and both the room and the bathroom were very spacious. I especially appreciated that the bathroom and bedroom are completely separate, which adds extra comfort and privacy. Everything was spotless, very clean, and well organized. The location is fantastic — it’s within very easy walking distance to Gran Vía, which made getting around the city extremely convenient. The only minor issue I experienced was that the air conditioning...

Even though it is located in a very central location, the soundproofing was done very well and we can't really hear the outside world once the windows were shut. Also management was very quick to respond and remote check-in was done super smoothly. Very comfortable and lovely stay and we highly recommend this charming apartment!」
