8/10 Good
"One of the nicest experience, from the moment we walked in the staff was amazing. With not just us but everyone around us. They all made us feel like we were important. The cleanliness is what was not great, they cleaned but there were stains on our sheets and no fan in the bathroom. But they were so nice in putting my sons toys on his bed and cleaning the trash each day. I would highly recommend due to the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. You truly felt taken care of. Great location and great people !"

10/10 Excellent
"My flight was unexpectedly cancelled late at night so I booked a room through Expedia. The shuttle service was amazing! My room was comfortable and the staff were so kind after a rough day of delays. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Philly! Unfortunately, no free continental breakfast (the only drawback)."

"Overall stay was great. Our second time staying here. Easy check in and check out. We did have a slight mix up with checking out as housekeeping knocked in our door insisting that we should not be there. This was 8am and check out was at 11. Would appreciate hotels.com being more transparent about the $53 valet parking and the $150 deposit. Waiting for the car from the garage was a bit long with only two attendants. But overall the stay was great. Love the bed the room, amenities."
