We were traveling by bicycle and the lady at the reception told us to leave our bicycles there for them to be safe. We wanted to leave at 6am and the whole place was closed and reception locked from the inside with no way to retrieve our bikes. We called their mobile numbers and were told no one could help we would have to wait 3h until 9am... Very poor service when we told the lady at reception we didn't want breakfast because we were leaving very early at 6am and even asked where we could leave the keys for checkout. This delayed our trip on 3 hours which mean we only arrived at out destination late at night

You should stay here!
Lovely room. Comfy beds. Would be nice if they had a sign in English saying to go to the restaurant instead of just a phone number, as the hotel doors were locked. I speak little French and the person on the phone spoke little English. Luckily there was someone with them who could help out. Very lovely place and very nice people once we figured out how to communicate.

The location was excellent. The room was perfect for us as it was large, quiet and with 3 comfortable beds. We appreciated the breakfast. I enjoyed the large bathtub.

A classic french hotel in a small town near the sea. Focussed on folks looking to spend more time at the beach than in the hotel. Nevertheless the facilities were fine. Durring the current winter season there is road construction immediately outside the hotel but that should be finished by summer

Mauvaise isolation phonique on entend les conversations des personnes et les sanibroyeurs des chambres voisines. Propreté : pas de nettoyage sur une semaine. la poussière est restée au sol les draps pas remplacé malgré l’avoir demandé.

Manque de propreté : au niveau des chambres, couverts "douteux" au petit-déjeuner, sols "collants, entrée de l'hôtel pas propre. Nous somme très déçus et surpris pour un hôtel qui affiche 2 étoiles.

Le calme et l'amabilité du personnel est un point positif. Côté négatif, nous avons commandé des moules marinières qui hélas n'etaient franchement pas bonnes. Nous avons signalé, dès notre arrivée que l'evier etait bouché. Cela n'a paw été réglé.

Accueil froid. Est-ce dû à la découverte ultérieure, car pas informé à l’arrivée, qu’il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude (en raison d’une coupure de gaz dans le quartier) ? Toujours pas d’eau chaude au départ à 9 h. La direction se planque et laisse le personnel du petit déjeuner affronter les humeurs des clients. Or, en circulant dans la ville la veille au soir, toute la ville ne parlait que de la coupure de gaz

Hôtel de rapport qualité / prix correct pour un séjour d’une nuit. La situation dans la ville et la gentillesse de l’accueil relèvent la note. L’immeuble étant d’époque, l’isolation sonore va avec. Il est dommage que d’autres clients ne respectent pas les chambres non-fumeurs. La chambre était propre mais il faudrait faire attention à vérifier les poils qui peuvent trainer dans la salle de bain.

j'ai passé une semaine dans cet hôtel, j'ai dû m'y prendre à deux fois pour qu'on nous nettoie la chambre. donc très limité question hygiène.... Nous avions également en permanence le bruit des portes qui s'ouvrent et se ferment, donc difficile de se reposer.... et bien-sûr les murs sont tellement épais qu'on entend bien ce qui se passe chez nos voisins.... bref, je ne m'y aventurerai plus...
