"Fantastic traditional building inside and out. Staff were great. Absolutely loved the decor in the room. Place was immaculately clean. I witnessed constant floor mopping everywhere. Two things that were a bit lacking and didn’t need to be. Bedside wall lamp had no bulb and was not secured to the wall. "I was told that parking in the subterranean lot was free but because I did not keep his ticket. It cost me 13 euros an extra walk to the hotel and an hour of time. He knew who I was when I came in. The parking attendant would not take credit card and not give me a receipt. He was belligerent and no person in the hotel to help."

"This is an amazing opulent and historic house with secluded gardens and pool where you can recharge. The cooking and wine were excellent as was Madames hospitality. One slight drawback is the bumpy ride on a track if you don't have a 4 by 4. Still value for money."

"Pretty property but services overstated. None of the staff spoke English. They were unable to process credit cards but didnt tell us that when we checked in. Had to walk all over town looking for ATM to check out. Person in room under us had TV full volume until after midnight. Called front desk they did not address the situation. They seemed understaffed. Restaurant was not great. "

"I chose this hotel for its location in the Santa Cruz Quarter, walkable to the main tourist sites. Although an older property, it is well maintained and obviously upgraded over the years. One downside was that the shower was tiny. The hotel is in a pedestrian zone, so you need to walk to where cars can pick up and drop off. Staff will call a taxi and the driver will come to hotel to walk you to where they are parked. Staff is very helpful. The breakfast buffet is good. I was happy with my three night stay. If I went back to Seville, I'd book it again. "
