「Absolutely loved our stay at Nantipa. Their staff is all amazing and so attentive. They truly care about their customers & every interaction we had with them was pleasant. They day we arrived it was my husbands birthday, they had a mini birthday cake waiting for us in our room. 「Amazing views and the terrace with the jacuzzi is absolutely worth it. Daily cleaning with fresh towels, coffee/tea refills, and everything left spotless. The bed was super big and very comfortable. 「It was a beautiful property! Like a treehouse tucked away in the jungle, but right on the main strip 5 mins across the street from playa Carmen. Close to great cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. Our check in process went smoothly and the private family room was perfect, except that we noticed quite quickly the AC wasn’t working on the 2nd level in the bedrooms.
